We always strive to ensure timely delivery. To expedite the process, Saiyanshe partners with trusted third-party logistics providers. However, any delay caused by these partners is beyond our control and responsibility.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partners and your delivery location.

  • Some remote areas may take longer depending on logistic accessibility.

  • You will receive regular updates via email and SMS.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please inform our team in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Please select your correct shipping zone at checkout.

  • International shipping is chargeable and calculated per piece (starting at INR 5000, varying by weight and destination).

  • Orders are shipped via reliable global couriers. Please allow 20–25 working days for delivery; customs clearance may extend this period.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Customs & Duties:
All import duties, taxes, and local levies are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid to release the parcel from customs upon arrival.

Orders & Cancellations

Saiyanshe reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
As each outfit is custom-made, orders once placed cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Saiyanshe and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Sale Items

  • Outfits purchased during sales or promotions are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Advance payments made for sale items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Alterations/resizing are not available for sale outfits.

Returns & Damages

In case of any concern with your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package, along with clear photographs.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
